En el primer semestre del año, las exportaciones sectoriales crecieron un 15,9% en volumen y un 31,3% en valor, respecto al primer semestre de 2019,
debido al incremento de las exportaciones de carnes, despojos, tocino y preparaciones y conservas derivadas del porcino; sin embargo, se
mantuvieron los retrocesos en las exportaciones de panceta, elaborados curados y elaborados cocidos.
